Pricing

Systems Audit – $750

Every engagement begins with a Systems Audit.

• Review of your current processes and tools

• Identification of bottlenecks and risks

• Recommendations for a streamlined system tailored to your business

The audit fee is fully credited toward implementation if you choose to move forward.

Implementation Packages – Average $3,000 to $5,000

After your audit, you’ll receive a custom proposal for implementation. Package pricing depends on complexity, team size, and number of systems to be set up.

Typical deliverables include:

• Setup and integration of accounting and workflow systems

• Workflow design and automation

• Development of standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Staff training and handoff

SOPs and Training – $500 to $1,000

SOPs and training are a required part of every implementation. This ensures your team understands the systems and has clear documentation to keep things running smoothly.

• Clear, step-by-step guides tailored to your workflows

• Live training sessions for your team (in-person or virtual)

• Practical resources to keep systems running without outside support

Additional Work

Any work beyond the scope of your package is billed at $150/hour. This ensures that you only pay for what you need, while protecting against scope creep.

Software Costs

Please note that software subscriptions are not included in the above pricing. These fees are paid directly by your business. Recommendations will be tailored during the Systems Audits.
